Contact
Questions about a machine, a correction to something we’ve published, or a partnership enquiry — all welcome at the same address.
What we can help with
- Which machine suits your work. Tell us what you plan to engrave, your budget, and your expected volume. That’s usually enough to narrow it to two options.
- Corrections. Specifications and prices change. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it.
- Manufacturers and retailers. If you’d like a machine considered for a guide, get in touch. We’ll say plainly in any article whether a unit was supplied.
What we can’t help with
We don’t offer engraving services, repairs, or technical support for machines you already own — the manufacturer or your dealer is the right contact for those. We also can’t recommend a machine sight-unseen without knowing what you intend to make with it.
